Description/Blazon
Per pale Azure (Dark Blue) and Celeste fimbriated Argent a four blade marine screw of the last to dexter side and a three blade aircraft propeller to sinister Proper; on a chief wavy Gules edged of the third the U.S. Coast Guard anchor device in proper colors, in base the double ellipse symbol of C41SR technology Or and Argent.


SEAL

On a silver gray disc the shield described above within a dark blue designation band edged on the outside with gold rope and inscribed at top "ACQUISITION DIRECTORATE" and in base "UNITED STATES COAST GUARD" in white letters between two gold mullets.

Symbolism
Scarlet, white and blue represent the Coast Guard, recalled again by the double-anchor device in chief. C41SR technology and application are denoted by the elliptical device in base. The marine screw and propeller emphasize the mission and recognize the service to customers of the organization and its role in maintaining quality supplies and service.
